• SST 2‑Collect Refund Floor conditions (only where offered and applicable):
  • If the relevant Saturday tip sheet doesn’t show a minimum of two collects (i.e. one collect or less) based on our suggested bet types, you’ll receive a refund of the tip sheet cost for that Saturday only.
  • The refund covers the tip sheet cost only and does not include any other costs incurred by the customer.
  • A collect means receiving any unit return greater than 0 on a selected runner — win or place — based on our selected staking and bet type (scratchings excluded).
  • Bet types can be Win, Each‑Way, or Place.
  • Each‑Way and Place collects apply to the top 3 places in the relevant race (top 2 only where the field has fewer than 8 runners).
  • Refunds will be processed within 7 days and are subject to bank processing times outside the control of Sectional Star Tips.
  • The SST 2‑Collect Guarantee must be explicitly offered in the relevant product description for these conditions to apply.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring their purchase details (email address, payment method, and product selection) are correct at the time of purchase.
  • The refund is non‑transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the relevant tip sheet.
  • SST reserves the right to verify results and decline refunds where misuse or incorrect interpretation is evident.
  • These conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
